Indian Woodblock Private Lessons

Students are encouraged to bring any tools or supplies they may have. Any needed items will be provided.

Studio Calendar

In addition to any classes, workshops, or events held at her studio, this studio calendar displays Trisha’s available and booked lesson slots.

Students are welcome to request a lesson date not listed as available on the calendar, and Trisha will contact you following your registration to confirm.

The Studio

Trisha Gupta Studio is a communal art studio that houses a printshop, woodworking equipment, natural dye supplies, photography equipment, and an installation space as well as ample storage and plenty of counter space. It is equipped for 3-D and 2-D artists and is located 30 minutes from DC and Baltimore. The studio has three available rental spots, currently located on the second floor. Each studio is approximately 20 ft x 20 ft.  All studios have communal access to a kitchenette, outdoor patio, bathroom facilities, wifi, and networking and mentorship opportunities. There is a $25 safety certification for using basic equipment. Inks, dye powders, chemicals, and paper are available for a fee. Artists may teach out of the studio with permission and a fee structure.
